Its a simple watercolour with huge lightness in it!
Use Cobalt blue and Burnt Sienna to make the sky, then with the same mixture make the waterways.

Let completely dry.

Make the dark green from Winsor green and Warm Sepia and add colour in that wash from Raw Sienna Raw Umber and Cobalt blues (with A light touch).

Mix Cobalt blue and Raw Sienna for the lighter areas and go around the edges with a dark mix from Cobalt Blue and burnt Sienna.

Let completely dry.

Wet the edges of the reflection line from the land, and feed it with color let it flow in the wet paper.
Remember darks reflect lighter, and light reflecting darker.
Wet the horizon and feed with color Cobalt Blue and Burnt Sienna.

All parts are done in wetinwet, only it is controlled like this!

Have fun!!
