I painted this on a live stream on Facebook.
I used a few colours.
Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna, Raw Sienna and Olive green.
Brushes W&N Squirrel mops and a small Escoda Perla.

    1. Thank you Robyn, I start of with a dirty palette for the sky, I mix in Ultramarine blue Burnt sienna and raw sienna, and these three also go true the painting. the green is olive.

  2. Very nice. Audio would have been helpful, however, I have enough experience that I can follow along what you are doing and why. More often please!

    1. It was fun to make Jack, it was a try out from my new phone to make a livestream vid on Facebook.
      Its all filmed in real time, so you see I paint quick! Well the subject was not that difficult.
      Although I hated mills because of the blades! but I found a good technique for that!
      I saw the old masters do it the same way, so when it worked for them its good enough for me!

    1. Nee ik maak het papier eigenlijk nooit nat van te voren. mijn techniek is snel. dus kan ik in deze gebieden nat in nat schilderen. ik heb zo meer de controle! Nein. Ich mache das Papier nie im Voraus richtig nass. Meine Technik ist schnell. so kann ich in diesen Bereichen in nassen Farbe benetzt. Ich mag mehr Kontrolle!
